I’m the Chief Product Officer of the Digital Transformation & Innovation organization at HCA Healthcare, where I lead product strategy, responsible AI adoption, and digital transformation across one of the nation’s largest healthcare systems. My focus is on building technology people can trust—tools that help clinicians and staff deliver exceptional care at the bedside, in virtual settings, and across connected patient experiences.
I’m a systems thinker with a people-first mindset, known for bringing clarity to complex environments. Over the past 20 years, I’ve led large-scale transformations, modernized global platforms, launched first-of-their-kind products, and built the structures that connect people, processes, and technology. My work across North America, EMEA, and Asia has shaped how I approach leadership, innovation, and the environments where teams do their best work.
Before joining HCA, I spent nearly a decade at Amazon, leading global product organizations across consumer technology, HR, and supply chain. My roles included growing a $1.5B digital experience by more than 40%, building predictive workforce-planning platforms during a period of unprecedented scale, modernizing talent-acquisition systems that enable more than one million annual hires, and launching a new supply-chain logistics business that scaled from MVP to eight-figure revenue in months.
Earlier in my career, I worked at Apple and Booz Allen Hamilton, where I supported supply chain and operations teams, expanded retail experiences across the U.S. and Europe, and partnered with federal agencies to modernize secure intelligence systems. These experiences gave me a deep foundation in both product and operational leadership, shaping the way I approach complex, mission-driven environments.
My leadership is grounded in clarity, care, and alignment — principles shaped as much by raising two children as by my professional experience. These lessons continue to influence how I lead teams, coach executives, and support boards through transformation.
I hold an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems and Communication Design from Carnegie Mellon University, along with executive programs in AI strategy from UC Berkeley Haas and Co-Active Coach Training through the Co-Active Training Institute.
